Online surveys are everywhere on the internet. They're a cheap alternative to 'real life' surveys, and even a novice market researcher can put together an exhaustive survey in minutes, using companies such as eSurveys or as QuestionPro. However, the more extensive the survey, the fewer respondents you'll get:
RTBi's 30 Second Surveys are simple, one-page questionnaires, typically between 4 and 8 questions; with so few questions, not only are respondents more likely to be happy to answer, but they're far more likely to answer every single question and complete the survey. A survey can be private (respondents are individually invited by email), or public (each survey has a unique link that you can advertise however you like). RTBi's focus remains on giving small businesses an accurate picture of how their business is performing. These simple, intuitive surveys are just one of many ways in which we can help. Currently, our surveys boast two features that other offerings don't:
1. Partner Questions For example: you work for the Marketing Department of a major hotel franchise. Clients are asked for their email address on checkout, and within an hour or two, they receive an email with a link to a customer satisfaction-focused 30 Second Survey. You set the first four questions, but allow each franchisee to add up to three questions of their own choosing. Not only does each hotel get their individual login to RTBi CSS, and access to their own results, but you can compare each of your franchisees' performance, live as the results come in.
2. Irregular response detection For example: your company is paying field researchers, per respondent, to survey people in outlying regions. It's costly to verify that all the results being input by the researcher are legitimate. However, suspect patterns can be reasonably easy to spot with some straightforward statistical number-crunching, and our system can alert you to possible problems.
